We are back in the first week of practice after doing a Mid test.
After yesterday we do the mid test and from the rotation menu 1.1 we now switch to the rotation menu 2.1.
Today I walked from the Dormitory to the Kitchen at 7:15 because today is the first day of practice, we are not in a hurry to go to the kitchen.
In the kitchen I found some friends who have arrived in the kitchen first.
Before Oneline, I first check grooming. from clothes, make sure all tools are complete, nails are short, all clean and neat. only then did the senior tell us to oneline and then absent and check up on grooming. after all, we come in the kitchen.
In the kitchen, we do oneline at main kitchen. before practice begins, we pray. after praying and before starting to practice. we are waiting for direction from the lecturer. what we will do first.
The lecturer directs before doing our practice given the assignment first. which is to weigh all the ingredients in the kitchen clearly before use. then input. because the class that used the kitchen last week made some mistakes so the ingredients in the kitchen began to be irregular again.
We were then divided into several groups so that the kitchen material so much would be input quickly finished. we were divided into 3 groups. there are those main kitchen, pastry and chiller.
After all the ingredients are finished data, then we return to oneline. we then began discussing the menu. where we will start from rotation II.I. namely Chinese food. we got a soup section whose name menu is TRADITIONAL EGG DROP SOUP.
After Oneline was disbanded, we began to prepare materials according to the recipe.
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1\/2 Ginger
1 pcs chopped Bomb Onion
200 gr of minced chicken meat
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 tsp of salt
500ml chicken stock
340gr corn
85gr peas
2tbsp of potato flour
3pcs eggs.
Procedure:
1. Heat the oil in a big pot until it's warm. add the ginger and onion then stir until it gives off the aroma.
2. Add minced chicken meat. sister and cook until the surface looks white. add salt. cook until half cooked.
3. Add chicken stock and 2 cups of water. cook until boiling. add corn and peas. and cook until boiling again.
4. While waiting for the soup to boil. Mix potato flour with 1\/4 of the water in a small container.
5. Strain the foam from the surface of the soup.
6. Stir the potato flour into the soup.
7. Place the spatula on one end of the bowl with the egg in it. then slowly lower the eggs into the soup in a circular motion.
8. Stir the soup and taste using a spoon.
9. if it's ready. Serve warm.
After doing the preparation, we then take a break for the Dzuhur prayer. after the prayer we returned to oneline to prepare for the GC.
then we are GC. after our GC breaks. while inputting the ingredients we use today. after all the work is done. we do oneline and go home.
