This time we will tell stories about the second day of practice in the first week after MID practice. Well. today we will continue to make the Traditional Egg Drop Soup menu. after yesterday we prepare, today the menu will come out.
Today I walked from Dormitory to kitchen at 6:15 a.m. we leave a bit early. because today we will prepare for two menus. that's Thailand and Indonesian Food. After arriving at the kitchen I started check grooming before oneline and checked by senior. Today we are oneline at 7:00 so that all work can be finished on time we start at the beginning too. when we Oneline we were divide our group. there are those who finished preparing yesterday and there are also those who are starting to prepare for tomorrow. because tomorrow the menu for our group is main course for Thailand and Dessert for Indonesian we are dividing our group again there is working for Thailand food and some are working for Indonesian food. But after being confirm by lecturers and seniors. the menu for Indonesian can't be prepared today because it will damage the material and display the menu if it is prepared now. so we decide tomorrow we will prepare for Indonesia Food. today we only prepare for Thailand Food.
After Oneline and praying, we started by continuing to finish Soup yesterday and started by putting all the ingredients into a pan one by one and of course according to the recipients.
After mix all ingredients . we wait until it's boiling and cooked.
Then we start by preparing the menu for Thai Food. There are Gai Tod Takrai, Yam Makeua Yao. and Khau Plao
Today we prepare two menus namely Gai Tod Takrai and Yam makeua yo. because for Khau Plao tomorrow. after all it's just white rice: D.
we start by thinly slicing the eggplant and soaking it in water so the color doesn't change.
Then the eggplant on the Grill spread with the sauce.
after that we prepare for chicken

Recipe Gai Tod Takrai:
Ingredients:
2 stalks Fresh lemongrass
450 gr Chicken (wash thoroughly and cut things in half)
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Ground Blackpepper
1/2 tsp Ground thai chili
2 tbsp Palm sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Thai fish sauce
4 tbsp Peanut oil
Procedure:
1. cut off the woody tops and bottoms of the lemongrass. remove the outer 2-3 layers of the stalk and cut the tender middle section into 1 inch lengths. Bruise the lemongrass by hitting it with the back of a chinese cleaver or pround it in a mortar and pestle
2. Combine bruised lemongrass, chicken thighs, garlic, blackpepper, ground thai chili, palm sugar, salt, and fish sauce in a bowl. Mix throughly and refrigetare for 1-2 hours
3. Heat a work over medium-high heat and add the peanut oil, swirling to coat the entire surface. Heat the oil fot 1 minutes and add the marinated chicken mixture. Stir-fry for 15 minutes
4. Remove from heat and serve with cold cucumber slices, lettuce, and jasmine rice or sticky rice.
After all the preparation, we finished take a break to perform the Dzuhur prayer. after prayer, we then eat together for the product today.
After eating, we are ready to do GC. then we are GC. after GC. we input the ingredients we use while waiting for orders to oneline. after oneline we prayed and go home.
