Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.


We meet again on the third day of the first week after MID test.
Today I leave the dormitory faster than usual. that is at 6:00 because today our group has not prepared prepare for dessert Indonesian Food. namely Pisang Ijo.
After arriving at the kitchen and before doing oneline. me and my friends first started. to prepare ingredients for making pisang ijo.

A few minutes after my group and I prepared the ingredients we were then call to do oneline and attendance. I came out of the pastry and headed in front of the kitchen to join oneline and attendance. After grooming is check by a senior. we went back into the kitchen.

In the Main Kitchen we went back to doing oneline then prayed. after praying, we returned to discuss the menu today which must come out at once because tomorrow there is our special campus event, Widya Wisata. and if there are no two menus, our material can be left behind.
After talking about preparing. we then disbanded and continue the work.

I went back into the pastry to continue the work of making pisang ijo. The following recipe for pisang ijo:
Ingredients:
12 bananas
Batter:
250 gr All purpose flour
50 gr of sugar
30 ml of vegetable oil
400 ml of water
1/2 tsp pandan essence
1/2 green colouring
1 pinch salt
Sauce:
250ml of Coconut milk
50 gr of rice flour
50gr Sugar
Pandan leaves
salt.

Procedure:
1. Steam the banana for about 30 minutes
2. For dough. heat the water of pandan leaves, sugar, coconut milk and a little butter stir until boiling.
3. after boiling, cool then mix into flour until it becomes a smooth, soft, and elastic dough.
4. Roll the green dough thin, then place the banana on top and then wrap the banana using a green dough.

5. Steam the banana for 15 minutes

6. for sauce. Mix all ingredients into pan. then cook using low heat while stirring until boiling.


After all we have finished plating for pisang ijo

then we were told to explain the menu. after explaining we then get ready to do the dzuhur prayer.
After the dzuhur prayer we then eat together before doing GC. then we are GC. today we did the same GC as we did GC on Friday. the difference is Friday we are busy. today is just our class. but it's fun.

After the GC, we took a break while inputting the ingredients we were using while waiting for the oneline. shortly afterwards we did oneline praying and go home. the next day we have to prepare ourselves to go to Toraja to implement the annual campus program. Widya Wisata.
