Hello !
At 7.15 am, we start one line and do a attendance and go into the kitchen and online on main kitchen,
After finishing the absence and everyone had gathered on main kitchen, Then introducing the seniors had just returned home completing their training. so that today, was the first day we met them.
After the introduction we started making simple syrup for tomatoes & carrot juice, that we had made before. we started to heat the water then dissolved the sugar and then cooled. then we mix into the juice.
before that we returned oneline to explain about the American Breakfast that must be prepared today for tomorrow's preparation. then our group that English Breakfast finished our products. Then we started mixing simple syrup with juice little by little. Do not forget to add water so that the portion increases. and added with lemon juice.
after all is finished all products are prepared to be sent to the restaurant.
After the prayer Dzuhur, we return to oneline to be directed to prepare for Indonesian Buffet and our group gets the chicken porridge. so we are directed to make large quantities of chicken stock. we were helped by friends who got the parts not so heavy that we could make large quantities of stock and not too heavy.
After the prayer Ashar we returned oneline to be divided for GC, some did GC and some had to finish preparing them for tomorrow. today I was given the task of cleaning the page.
But the work was finished at 6:15 p.m.
After prayer Magrib we just did oneline and we could just go home.
That's my experience today. hopefully what is done is considered worship and can be useful for me and my friends today tomorrow and the day after.
