Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
Hello ! Welcome to new semester. that second semester. When new taks and responsible will begin. Today is the first day we doing in the kitchen after the holiday more or less three weeks. The first day can be say tired, because we do two product on one day, that's PUFF PASTRY & DISHES EGG.
First we practice PUFF PASTRY, but, before we practice, usually the lecture or senior showing. and for this time that lecture showing. then he explain all about Puff Pastry in detail.
Oh ya ! And today, we met with our senior which last semester do on the job trainin. Of course the first we do is introduce. After introduce, we ask to our senior to tell us they experience while doing on the job training. Ya. very many lessons can we get from they experience
Now. we continue about material . after showing we divided groups. each group consis of three people. Then we prepare. After all of tools and material ready, we are soon doing for make Puff Pastry.Usually, we share the job, so that all group members can make Puff Pastry.
After pray Dzuhur we continue second material that DISHES EGG.
First, I think will difficult with this material. remember the main material is Egg which easy to broken. But, After see lecture showing, and practice dishes egg. Evidently not so difficult, provided when we calm to do it.
Before continue, first we pray Ashar.
After Pray Ashar, we finish to make Dishes Egg. then we requested for collect the results. And Alhamdulillah. some our dishes egg is good and the others is wrong when we practice. like the ommelette which we make is not perfect.
So. this is my activity today ! may be usefull. Aamiin.
