Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
Today. Is third day of first week practice.
At 08.00 am we are oneline in front of pastry because today the weather not god. that why we're oneline in pastry.
Of course. the first we do is absent and next is introduce with seniors and tell us theirs experience as long as they on the job training. of corse other person, then another too the experience and lesson can we get.
After that activity continue with review the material. then prepare for material today. that is PIE DOUGH and SUGAR DOUGH. Before showing, the supervisior prepare needs of material today. like becamel sauce and pastry cream. and the prepare take a long time. maybe, because the ingredients in Kitchen have not been neatly organized.
At 10.15 am showing begin. then lecture explain about pie and sugar dough.
and at 11. 10 we're begin to practice the material today. i was overwhelmed because the recipe which use must be divided so that each group does not make excessive dough. we're begin mixing the ingredients and making pie and sugar dough. may not mix ingredients carelessly because we avoid the occurrence of lumps in the dough.
After Dzuhur pray, lecture showing again for forming pie dough and sugar dough. After that we're begin to forming to our dough.
and before Ashar pray our dough is finish. After Ashar pray, the dough be baked and finish at 04.00 pm.
Then we do General Cleaning and oneline again. because our lecture want to say something about our practice today.
So. this is my activity today ! may be usefull. Aamiin.
