Hello! Today I gone from dormitory to kitchen at 07.30 am. Today, we're online at 8 pass. after oneline we're back oneline in pastry after that, as yesterday we're introduce with senior wich complete their Training. Aftr that, they are sharethe experiece as long as training. then, our replacement introduced our self. then continue with read small book for riview the material.
at 10.30 am, lecture begin to showing, about the material today that CHOUX and ECLAIR. After showing then we doing. the first we do is prepare bowl, sauce pan, spatula, measuring jug, and for ingredients, is Milk, butter, salt, flour(all purpose), egg. after it finishes and the dough is ready, then dough is formed into Choux and eclair. Then baking.
After Dzuhur pray, Lecture go inside pastry and see results our Choux and Eclair. then explain how to fill the cream to Choux and eclair. After break. we are into back pastry and begin to fill the cream to Choux and eclair. After that we back to oneline and ready for general cleaning. after that we go home !
OK. thats all about my activity today.
