Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

We meet again on the first day of the third week of practice. This week the material is a rotation menu that should be a table d'hote but for some reason we should make a buffet.
For the first day we practice the 1.1 rotation menu.
We start when I start walking away from the dormitory at 6:45 to the kitchen. after arriving at the kitchen I have met friends who are ready to have gathered in front of the kitchen, preparing grooming before entering the kitchen.

at 7:00 a.m. we started oneline and made an attendance. after attendance, we are divided into 4 groups to work on one recipi. and today I joined the main course group. after that we were directed to read our small book while waiting for the next direction. after the lecturer arrives, we are then directed to open the rotation recipient 1.1 then prepare each section respectively.

Today our group prepared 3 menus. that is :
1) Beef Stew

- 3 kg of beef
- 125 ml of oil
- 10 gr Garlic that has been chopped
- 250 gr Tomato puree
- 2 L Brown Stock
- Bay leaf to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Celery leaves that are cut to a minimum to taste
- 500 gr Celery
- 750 gr Carrot
- 500 gr of Oninon that has been chopped
- 250 gr of chopped Tomatoes
- 250 gr peas
- Salt & Pepper to taste

2) Baked potato
- Potatoes (40 portions)
- Olive Oil


3) Today we don't use zucchini as the main ingredient because the stock for zucchini runs out. therefore we are not prapare for this menu.
- 2.7 kg of Zucchini
- 175 ml of olive oil
- 175 gr shallot or onion
- 4-6 pcs garlic clove (chopped)
- enough parsley
- salt & pepper to taste


That is preparing us today. after all prepare is complete, we then oneline to divide up gc. after GC we take a break. then carry out the prayer Ashar. after prayer ashar after sitting down we then oneline to go home.
