Welcome to the end of February and the last day of practice for this week. Thursday is usually awaited day, because Thursday we can go home quickly.
I started leaving the dormitory at 6:00 a.m. today is not too rushed like yesterday, because today appetizer menu is not so complicated.
After I arrived at the kitchen, first I helped my friends breakfast to finish their menu, while waiting for my group friends to come. I help them make toppings for their cup cakes
After helping the breakfast group, as well as my group, we arrived, we started to finish the Sambal Ulang-Ulang. starting when we blanch some ingredients.
at 09.00 we have finished our Sambal Ulang-ulang
When we finish, we start help other groups so that all work was done quickly.
before 11 o'clock, all work has been completed. and we then make food for the Anak Bangsa. we started collecting Ingredients and made them. Before the Dzuhur prayer, we do oneline to be divided for GC. then after the Dzuhur prayer, we did GC because the restaurant had not taken the food that had been made.
After the GC, we then gathered to eat. we started eating the menu of the anak bangsa. after eating we sit and break, prayed ashar when the call to prayer was ringing, and returned to sit waiting for oneline. at 17.45, we started doing oneline. after oneline, it rained heavily. we waited for a while, then we came home.
That all my experience for 4 days in the kitchen practice. hopefully everything we learn gets the blessings and blessings of the creator. I hope we are always given health so that we are given the opportunity to meet next week.
