Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
Today, the second day of the third week.
because the agreement yesterday we had to enter at 7 o'clock. I started to move from the dormitory at 6:00 and after arriving the first time I do to resume work yesterday. we start to release all the ingredients that we prepared yesterday. and start working one by one.
for the first time we start cooking beef using the sous vide method. while waiting for the meat to cook because it takes a long time. we then heat the potato.
after that we start cooking beef stew. star from put one by one ingredients into the pan. the cooking process of beef stew takes quite a lot.
after cooking beef stew we then switched to cooking Zucchini Saute Provencale. but to this day zucchini is not yet available, so we don't use zucchini as the main ingredient. we use carrot and cucumber.
after all is ready we start plating and food comes out to the restaurant.
after that we break for prayer. after the Dzuhur prayer, we return to oneline to prepare for the menu tomorrow. and today I was brought into the group preparing breakfast tomorrow. there are several menus, there are:
- English Muffin
- Strawberry Muffin
- Tomato Roasted
- Sausage
- American Soft roll
- Danish
our group again divided each section and this time I was entrusted to hand American Soft Roll. I started preparing for American Soft Roll (twist Bread)
the Ingredients:
- 720 gr of water
- 14 gr Yeast
- 1250 gr Hard flour
- 24 gr Salt
- 125 gr Sugar
- 60 gr Non Fat milk powder
- 60 gr Shortening
- 60 gr Butter
After that we began to form and then back into the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
After all the preapare for breakfast is finished. we first did Ashar prayer, then returned oneline to do GC. after our GC took a break then returned oneline to go home.
