Today is the first day of practice on the second week after mid semester.
This week still learning about rotation menu 2.1 like the previous practice week. just that each group gets a different part every day. maybe with the aimthat we can find out how to make all the food in the rotation menu not only on one menu.
Today i went form dormitory to the kitchen at 07.00.
at 08.00, we started oneline. after attendance we come in kitchen and gathering in the main kitchen. then we begin to divide the menu into several group. And today we will prepare Rotation Mneu 2.4. that Japanese Food. And our group got Appetizer. and the name of our mane is Ingen No Goma Ae
Then, we began to prepare the material contained in the recipe, Including :
Ingredients :
String Bean 650 gr
Sesame Seed, roasted 250 gr
Shoyu 50 ml
Sugar 40 gr
Salt As needed
Procedure :
1. Boil water with salt and Blanch string beans
2. Blend sesame seed until smooth and than mix shoyu and sugar
3. Mix well string beansand sesame liquid
I got a part to prepare Sesame. after weighing the sesame I then cooked the sesame until it dry.
after that it is stored and then tomorrow is blended and mixed with shoyu and sugar. After I finished, I turned to friends who prepared beans.
I then helped clean the tip of the beans and cut the beans into short ones about 3 cm.
After all preparation is complete, we then help other groups. until the Adzan Dzuhur, we rested and take a Dzuhur pray.
After prayer we then eat together.
After eating, we are then ready to do General Cleaning. But the General Cleaning is paused with the Reverend Adzan Ashar. we then take Asr prayer after the GC, we then areitrahat waiting for the oneline, pray and go home.
