Daily Activity English Version 9-4-2019

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Today I went from the Dormitory to the kitchen quite. because after the menu that was prepared yesterday we will re-prepare for the menu tomorrow. Today I leave at 6:30. In the kitchen there are already some friends who come first because their menu is quite time consuming so it must be prepare earlier than the others. 

Because our menu are not too time consuming and not too difficult, we have not finished it early in the morning.While waiting for oneline we first repair the grooming before come into the kitchen. at 7:30 we started oneline by a senior check grooming and attendance and going into the kitchen and back oneline on main kitchen.

after all back together we were then divided for tomorrow menu and we got the main course part, that Beef rice bowl.
After being disbanded, our group again gathered to share the one who finished Ingen No Goma Ae and there were also those who began to prepare for the Beef Rice Bowl. So we appointed two friends who could handle Ingen No Goma Ae. and other preparing for the Beef Rice Bowl. and I also prepare for tomorrow's menu. Here is what needs to be prepared:


Ingredients :
1. Beef (cut into cube)  1,5 kg
2. Carrot                        2 pcs
3. Onion                       1/2 pcs
4. Brocolli                     1/2 pcs

Ingredients of marinate :
1. Pepper                           6 gr
2. MSG                             10 gr
3. Sesame Oil                   15 ml
4. Garlic                            60 gr
5. Salt                               15 gr
6. Chicken Powder           20 gr
7. Baking Powder             20 gr
8. Kanji                              6 gr
9. Egg                              1 pcs 

Ingredients of Sauce :
1. Tomato Sauce              180 gr
2. Chili Sauce                    50 gr
3. Oyster Sauce                50 gr
4. MSG                              25 gr
5. Black Pepper                15 gr
6. Chicken Powder           50 gr
7. Kecap Hitam               190 gr
8. Water                           330 ml
9. Flour                              70 gr 

Procedure :
1. Cut the meat carrot onian and brocolli into cube
2. Marinate the meat with the marinate materials packing the meat with plastic and let it rest for one night Deep fry the meat with high temperature
3. Mix all ingredients except black pepper in the last and flour as a thickening agent
4. Mix the sauce with the meat have been fried. serve with sesame seed on the top

We started removing all the ingredients and cutting

Then all ingredients and meat are stored in the Chiller
After all preparation is complete, we then help other groups. until the Adzan Dzuhur, we rested and take a Dzuhur pray.
After prayer we then eat together.
After eating, we are then ready to do General Cleaning. But the General Cleaning is paused with the Reverend Adzan Ashar. we then take Asr prayer after the GC, we then areitrahat waiting for the oneline, pray and go home.
